The NSWMTB 2017 AGM will be held at 8.30pm Wednesday 11 October 2017 at Panthers Glenbrook Bowling Club. It will immediately follow the WSMTB AGM. All welcome. Email schools@nswmtb.asn.au for info.

NSW MTBA 2016 AGM

The NSW MTBA 2016 AGM will be held at 8.30pm Thursday 20 Oct 2016 at Glenbrook Bowling Club (immediately following the WSMTB AGM). All welcome.

The long awaited NSW MTBA AGM will be held on Thursday 20 March, 8.30pm, at the Glenbrook Bowling Club (Glenbrook, Blue Mountain). Agenda will be:
- presentation and acceptance of reports
- election of officials

There will also be a discussion on the procedures and criteria for use of existing NSW MTBA funds for the promotion of MTB in the State.

NSW State XCO Series 2012

Congratulations to all those who particpated in the 2012 Real Insurance State XCO Series. The results can be downloaded below. Special thanks to the clubs who organised the individual rounds and to Mark McInnes who co-ordinated the entire series.

NSWMTB Special General Meeting and AGM

The NSWMTB will hold a Special General Meeting at Glenbrook Bowling Club on Thursday 18 October, at 8pm (directly after the WSMTB AGM), to consider the following motions:

- That the objective of the NSW Mountain Bike Association Inc be the promotion of mountain biking, primarily in NSW.

- To adopt a new Constitution (see attachment)

Following the Special General Meeting, the AGM will be held. All NSW MTBA members are invited to attend. The new Constitution will allow NSWMTB to Incorporate.

We should really get NSW MTB incorporated.
Why:

- To protect the office bearers

- To properly access MTBA State Development Funds

- To be a legal entity to manage the existing NSW MTB funds

A while back I drafted the attached – and I would welcome your comments. It is based on the Model Constitution from NSW Dept of Fair Trading – so it fits all the rules. The places where I have made changes are highlighted in yellow. I’ve tried to make it easy to hold meetings electronically, etc.
