Devines Hill, Great North Road, down the Western Commission Track

once you've done the short scenic tour along Finchs, you need a little more of a challenge without killing yourself.
the easy scenic grind of Devines leads to the Old North Rd which is somewhat firetrail, somewhat maintained, but not a whole lot to help discourage the 4WDs from using the area. A little easy, but in places worn from erosion and trail bike damage but nothing a seasoned Manly Dam exponent wouldn't relish.

once at the end of the North Rd where is connects to the Western Commission Track, it's easy firetrail back to the road, a few small uphills, ending in a long fast firetrail DH run to a gate over the road and some very hot brakes.

then a short 3.4km road ride back to the ferry.
