There are a bunch of sports nutrition drinks out there with 'increased oxygen'...
Read this in case you are interested and definitely before you buy!
Oxygen update
I just read an editorial in Bicycling australia jan-feb 2006, where one of their journos gave one of the products a try... thought it did help him.... however, given the info in the links above, I don't understand how it can.
