Looking at the way in from this angle, follow the direction of the bike rider and take the right fork, which is to the left in this image!

Clear as mud!
Justin's comment is as clear as mud! Basically, you'll come to a junction in St Helena... just go straight!
Coming downhill this clearing has a turning left which you don't want to take because it ends in a nasty climb to Springwood (apparantly).

If you go left as you approach the fork you will have a narrow single track for about 20 minutes of easy but still fun riding.
Comes out at a rocky ledge with great sweeping views .. only problem is then you'll have to turn around and go right back!
