Lantana Crossing Road at entrance to Entree'
Ok folks, here’s the details on the February club race.
Since we’re enjoying the short loop so much, and the timekeeper’s have had it easy the last few races, here’s the plan. You can enter as an individual or enter as a team of 2 or 3 to see how many laps you can get out in 90 minutes. Those riders who want a format that is more like a cross country race will enjoy this just as much as those who don’t think they can ride for 90 minutes and want to share the load with one or two others.

CWORC/CTMBC Poker Run 22-1-12
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
The city of Orange is around 4 hrs from Sydney and 3 hrs from Canberra. Kinross State Forest is situated on the northeast edge of town, a 10 minute drive or 20 minute ride from the Orange town centre.
Meet at the Bulgas Road carpark, Western edge of the forest.
Just for something completely different CWORBC and CTMBC are getting together to do some events aimed squarely at getting in and having a go.
The Inaugural CWORBC/CTMBC Poker run is set to take place in the Kinross forest, just out side of Orange.
This event is all about having a bit of fun. Rather than awarding prizes for the fastest riders every body starts with 2 cards drawn from random decks. You then have 90min to do as many laps of a short course as you wish. Each lap you do gets you another card which then increases your chance at gaining a better poker hand.
2012 CTMBC Summer Twilight #7
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
The main rd in has been dusty as all get up so in an effort to keep on the good side of the locals it might be best to come in via the showground.
From the highway come into Rydal, cross the train tracks and take a left before the Pub (Showground signposted.)
Go around the top side of the show ground and follow the road around to the left. This will take you around towards the top side of the cemetery. from there a couple of cross rd will bring you back tot he bicentennial trail and thus the car park
Tuesday night racing at Rydal is back.
5:45pm rego opens, if you are new or need to renew your license please turn up earlier rather than later.
We're a fairly casual club, we don't even hand out round prizes, so don't be intimidated by the "race" tag. We all just go out to do our best.
There are different grades but with us this is determined by how many laps you want to do rather than how fast you are. Doing the higher grade with more laps will gain you more series points.
There is a shorter track for juniors and we've had increasing numbers in u13s and u10s
