Great area of single trail in the centre of Newcastle. A once illegal area that in late 2009 has been audited and updated by trail building professionals. An example of how things should be done.

area between Jesmond Park & John Hunter Hospital has many technical singletrail for riding when other areas are wet as since most of it is on the top or sides of the hill they drain well & the soil in most spots dries quick.Area is used by people walking dogs & Moto riders so just be careful-area will one day be used as part of the bypass so at the moment there is no regs. up there!

Nice fire trail with a couple of massive climbs. First climb is a killer! 200m vertical in 2K's. After that the trail is similar to Terry Hills Perimeter and Long.

About 7.8km of singletrack located in the TSR with good flow, plenty of grip and some absolutely smokin corners to rail. Nothing steep but enough elevation to make the downs fun.
