Another good night, another good roll up. It great to see some new faces rocking up and some of the DH boys back for a bit of fitness.

The Live Well advertising must be working for us

We've got a new sponsor on board too.

Brad Duggan has always been a great supporter of our club and his new business, Stella Maris Mining services, Is now a proud sponsor along side C&W Printing, Mark O'toole Electrical and Insane Cycles.

Andrew Poppett is just getting quicker going under the 40min mark with a fastest lap time of

Summa Couglin did the girls proud, putting down some great lap times in B Grade, While Bryson Dukes, Alex tegea and Tom Stapleton had awesome rides in the junior ranks

When:
Tue 26 Oct (18:30)

The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.

Ride Database Entry:
Lidsdale State Forest
Meeting Point:

From Lithgow head on the Western Highway toward Bathurst. After 10-11Km you will head uphill and see thick pine forest to the right. It's dual carriageway here, and there's a right turn across the other lane into Forest Ridge Drive (signposted and a sealed road). About 50m on the left there's a turning where you can park in the shade. There's also an old concrete section of the highway just past there with masses of parking.

Show on Google maps: Meeting point. Login or register to get directions.

Live Well Lithgow is a joint initiative between Sydney West Health and Lithgow City council to promote healthy living to our residents.

We're happy to be pitching in with weekly Tuesday night races at our Lidsdale state forest venue.

All riders are welcome. Entries cost $5 + license fees (day licenses are available for $15)

Lights are essential and we recommend at least a 5w halogen equivalent.

Laps consist of 3 to 5km loops and we will try and use a few different loops throughout the series and riders have the option of completing 1 to 6 laps
